Centroc Weather Report - Edition 5 - Published: 06 Aug 2009 This 5th edition will provide details of the recent changes the Federal Government made to the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS) and talk about the climate change situation in Antarctica and recent collapse of the Wilkins Ice Shelf. Due to the changes to the CPRS, the impacts of the CPRS on Local government will be carried over to the next edition as the situation becomes clearer. more .. Centroc Weather Report - Edition 4 - Published: 06 Aug 2009 This 4th edition will update us on the latest climate summaries for our region and give us a quick summary of the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme.
