Business Papers & MinutesOrdinary Council meetings are held on the second Monday of each month commencing at 6.00pm. Members of the Public are welcome to attend these meetings. The Business Paper is available to the public and press on the Friday prior to the meeting date and can be obtained from the Council Office, 91 Adelaide Street, Blayney between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. Meetings are open to the public and press except where Council specifically resolves they be excluded when a particular matter is being considered. Members of the public wishing to address Council during the public forum session must apply in writing by 5.00 pm one week prior to the meeting date. Please note that the Business Papers and Minutes are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to open them.
