Blayney Shire Council, in the Central West of NSW is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Manager who is looking for a challenge.
The position will undertake such activities as developing a human resource strategy which reflects Council's vision and goals. The successful applicant will have experience in human resource management, have the capacity to develop and implement targeted human resource initiatives that facilitate organisation change, have tertiary qualifications relevant to the position. Whilst not essential, experience in the Local Government environment would be viewed favourably.
