This report provides a collation of information to support a Development Application lodged with Blayney Shire Council for construction and operation of the Central Tablelands Livestock Exchange. The purpose of this application is to obtain one comprehensive Development Consent for the proposed development and to provide for some minor variations to the footprint and buildings incorporated in the development to provide for improved occupational health and safety within the development. The plans of the amended components of the proposed development are located in Appendix A. Apart from the minor changes illustrated in Appendix A, the remainder of the development as previously approved remains unchanged.
