Advertised Development Notice under Section 79 Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 Proposed Development: Resource Recovery Waste Facility The proposed development is considered to be Designated Development under Clause 32 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulations 2000 and Integrated Development under Section 91 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. Development Site: Lot 1 DP 881855, 79 Marshalls Lane, Blayney NSW 2799 Owner: Furphys Pty Ltd Applicant Environmental Treatment Solutions Pty Ltd Approval Authority: Joint Regional Planning Panel Development Application No. 26/2010 and accompanying documents including the environmental impact statement may be inspected at the following locations during office hours, Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excepted) from 23rd October to 23rd November 2009: Department of Planning Information Centre Ground Floor Lands Building 23 - 33 Bridge Street SYDNEY NSW 2001 OR Blayney Shire Council 91 Adelaide Street BLAYNEY NSW 2799 Any person may make a written submission to Blayney Shire Council about the proposed development before 5.00pm on the closing date, being 23rd November 2009. If the submission is an objection, the grounds of the objection must be specified in the submission. Written submissions should be addressed to The General Manager, Blayney Shire Council, PO Box 62 Blayney NSW 2799. The substance of written submissions may be included in a report to Council and the Joint Regional Planning Panel. Copies of the written submissions may be made available to the applicant for resolution and consideration of issues and concerns raised, prior to determination.
