Development Guidelines
In order to help applicants deal with the Development Application process, Blayney Shire Council has produced a number of guidelines regarding the issues of subdivision and building a house in particular zones. In order to determine what zone you are in you can obtain a Section 149 Certificate or view Council’s zoning map by visiting Council’s office at 91 Adelaide Street or by ordering a map by phoning (02) 6368 9618.
